Thanks Ian Lanning!

Got down the CCS for the 'Open' day only to be told they weren't letting anyone else in! We spent 15 minutes trying to pursuade the security guards who refused to budge even with the sob story of how the kids were really looking forward to it etc.

We gave up and happen to spot the kit man Ian Lanning loading the van for tomorrow so asked him what time the players would be out, what a difference in attitude! He couldn't be more helpful, he apologised for the security guards and asked us if we would like a personal tour of the dressing rooms to make up for it! Great to know there are still some real people who understand the fans in the club!

Most of the staff are decent like this. Usually why its easier just to go to the reception and speak to someone who matters tbh.

Good that it got resolved.
