is there a way back in for kenwyne jones?

Sat Jul 26, 2014 11:44 am

Did maybe the pressure just get to him last season?

Just reading about the open training session and people saying he looks the sharpest and best finisher there today?

Would you give him a chance in the prem? Or do you want him gone for good?

I do believe he can be an impact sub for us. Just think he will improve this season and a good asset to our squad

Certainly, it should be a different ball game for the strikers this season who hopefully won't have to live on scraps every game.

:) To be honest, I suspect that unless we get an offer from the likes of QPR, who are desperate for strikers, I can only see KWJ being an impact sub!

i was there yesterday and watched the training, YES, he was great finishing shots, HOWEVER, in the sprints he came last each time, and in the circle when passing around, he was not putting in the same amount of effort as everyone else, he is still very lazy, however he hit the ball well, le fondre and macheda will no doubt be ahead of him in the pecking order and its easy to see why.

I certainly believe there's a way back in for him. He's good enough at this level without any doubt but only if he wants to be.
It's all down to his attitude & if he wants it bad enough.

'Very lazy' targetman, some people need to learn about Football.

Of course there is at this level. The target man up front is always a good opinion in this league
