Proxy server information

Hi guys.

Does anybody know of a decent proxy server type thing that i don't have to pay for? Work have blocked most of the sites online and someone just showed me that if i use one then i can get around it. I found the one im using now but its crap, loads of ads, pop ups and cant even use a smiley.
