Tan Voted tops in a Worst chairman event.

The controversial Cardiff City manager was the individual who initiated a rebrand strategy that saw the club stripped of its blue traditional home colour that existed for over a hundred years, and the clubs logo, and famous Bluebird that is so synonymous with the club.
Vincent Tan is a Malaysian business tycoon, whose ownership of Cardiff City has been extremely controversial during his spell at Cardiff and was the laughing stock when he once asked “Why does he not score more goals?” in reference to club goalkeeper, David Marshall."
The old Barry town chairman also gets a mention as does Venkys and A few other notable names.
But Tan wins hands down apparently.

As I said, I was at hosp and browsing on Twitter and it popped up.
