Caulker
Thanks for the minus 52 goal difference.
Thanks for the get out clause in your contract.
Thanks for finishing bottom.
Campbell
Thanks for being lightweight.
Thanks for your tiny seven goals.
Thanks for the glaring misses when we really needed a goal.
Thanks for also having a get out relegation clause.

Campbell scored several important goals that led to us getting promoted in the first place.
What cry baby fans we have some times.

If it wasn't for Campbell we'd off struggled going up scored a lot of important goal January onwards and scored all our goals in February the season we went up

A bit harsh I feel. I am disappointed whenever a player stays for a short time, but Caulker was always going to need PL exposure to further his international prospects. He removed the gamble of signing for a newly promoted club by having a release clause.
Caulker wasn't solely to blame for the goal diff (and he scored the winner against the jaxx!!!). By that logic, Marshall could be blamed - obviously that would be a bit of a stretch.
Fraizer is a bit different. His release threshold was low and must have been beaten down by him and his agent. There is more than a hint of Tom Ince in the way he has looked for an escape route. However, again, he scored some vital goals.
I can see the reason for feelings of betrayal, disappointment and even anger, but at least both sales generate some income. If they don't want to play for the club, probably best to part.

Caulker was our best defender all year and Campbell was a brilliant signing for the price we paid. Shame there was little creativity behind him under both managers.

Caulker scored his fair share of goals. Whilst it was clear both players are hugely money motivated(their moves to Leicester and QPR prove that) they both contributed in some form.
It just didn't work out

Mercenaries? Campbell dropped down a division to come to us and caulker decided to fight a relegation battle rather than fight for a place at spurs. Of course they had relegation clauses! They have no previous affiliation with Cardiff, we were always a stepping stone, grow up.
Caulker was at fault for some goals, but so was turner, John, Fabio, Taylor and KTC, I even think Marshall conceded 2 against Chelsea which he could've done better with.
Frazier did the best he could playing up front alone with poor service, he battled hard and ran his legs off for 90 mins every game.
Thanks for the help you gave us guys, and good luck in the future, both top players who I'm sorry to see go.

Spot on. What do idiots like this guy who started the post expect?
I can remember Toshack, who was a local lad born & bred up the road from Ninian Park, playing when I was a kid. One sniff from Liverpool & he was off. Higher division, better class of football, more pay, who can blame them?
They're players, not fans like us.

How many players can you name that you know for a fact are not mercenary's.

most players show no loyalty towards clubs anymore, they were part of the team that got us relegated,it would have been good to see,if they wanted to stay and try to get us back up.You wont see many players having testimonials with clubs ,most players are mercanaries and got no loyalty what so ever. Its the modern game, average players on massive wages,i hate how football has gone, its all about money,no one gives a f**k about the fans. Tan buys our club,he wants us 2 play in red,so we play in red,he couldn't carless what the fans want, all our history means nothing 2 him.I followed city everywhere when we were really shit, div 4 on so on,i dreamed about us getting 2 the prem,he smashed my dream,i couldn't watch the city play in red,its not the club I love anymore. I would rather city be shit, with our identity back.i wont be back until we r back playing in blue

Oh you're so hurtful not be agreeing with everything. i said. Wahhhhhhh.
I kind of meant it ironically. I knew they would go. I hoped they would stay. It always feels wrong when we lose a player. I must say though they are moving to clubs that i feel are smaller than us . Plus they are fighting relegation again next season.

You don't have to be a brain surgeon to work out that Fraizer is a Championship striker. As soon as we signed him you could see this from his previous records and so it proved last season. He would have done well this season but that's all he is. Runs all day, gives his all, #ChampionshipStriker

Very few mate. (Marshall, Whitts, Super Kev, Giggs, Scholes, Bellamy, Le Tissier i suppose. )
My point is those two are changing clubs, spurning loyalty or whatever, due to money, fame and fortune. That makes them mercenaries. So f**k em.

Thank you Caulker even if money played a part for coming to our club in our first season in the Prem, can't really have too many digs as our defence was crock of poop.. should of looked for an experienced defender who is in the 30's to play alongside Caulker. I will take jacks opinion that he benefits along playing alongside an experienced defender. Scored v Fulham, Swansea, another two v Fulham and West Brom away. 5 goals in one season as a CB and getting the one goal over the Jacks which meant the search for the first double over each other goes on.
Campbell, thank you for coming in and getting us over the line in the 6 months of the Championship season where you was the key in some games to the points which took us up.
