Just a couple of white seats in the upper stand to install and the seating area is complete.

I have said for several weeks that July 18th was the date the contractors would complete and they have done it.

Bar the colour of the seats it really is an impressive stand but come the revolution it won't be too difficult to change the colour of seats and paint the external steel work and we will all have a stand to be proud of.

Will some of our fans get wet if it rains and the wind blows across as the stands are not joined up?

Let's be honest, you're going to get wet in any stadium except when the roof covers the whole stadia. I remember at Wembley we got soaked even though the roof was huge. Unless you're at the top right under the cover, you'll need a coat.

Jus think how great it will be when we can rip them out and chuck them in a pile on the pitch like the red scarfs...

I wish those were blue, but they are not, I accept that and accept that lots of fans will be happy to sit in them, that doesn't make them any less a cardiff city fan than a fam who will not sit there out of principle, each to their own, roll on season start.

Like Carl said...come the revolution the seats turn to blue and we''ll have the best stadium we've ever had (which I personally think it is now)...even with stupid red seats trying to spoil it. Onwards and upwards

It's very impressive as a stand, and like Carl said WHEN we return back to blue it won't be too difficult to make the Ninian Stand 100% blue again.

I quite sure that if we still played in blue you would all be saying the same

the way i see it; the more people who sit up there; the less red you can see.

Great idea nice addition but the colour looks totally opposite to what should be there .would of looked much much better if it was blended in to match the existing stadium .
Looks like a stand out pimple
