Even with them 3 gone We have the best strike options in the league.
Best goalkeeper IMO
Best midfielders
and an ordinary defence who can potentially keep a clean sheet and make a pass or two without losing the ball.
Goals wont dry up this year we could if we wanted play a rotational system up front and still score probably an even amount of goals.
Alot of teams if they get an injury maybe two up front will struggle

There will always be teams that surprise you..........

Unfortunately, I think Cardiff now looks like the Blackburn squad immediately following relegation. Lots of individually top notch players like N'Zonzi, Rochina, Formica, Dann, the Olsson twins, Rhodes, etc.
But they came well apart from being challengers, because of a lack of team spirit.
Everything is going to depend on the squad unity and spirit, despite the on-paper great squad. Hopefully CCFC don't have the same inner disjoint. Not saying Rovers had inner struggles, just saying they didn't have the mental X factor.
I can see it going well though, knowing the mental strength of the Norwegian players at least - I'm not exceedingly up to speed on the brit or other nationality players' mentalities, but I know that if Eikrem, Dæhlie and Berget get their play time they will do what their bodies can muster, they all have extremely sharp mental focus.

I got to be honest mate Blackburn were the team
I thought of aswell when I seen this thread, I thought they'd storm the championship when they came down.

It's going to be the case of how do the big boys respond on big wages, are they hungry enough ?
I know le fondre is a grafter, I have alot of faith in our midfield, and then turner and fabio and marshall so we do have team spirit there also brayford works extremely hard, we have some graft in this side
It's going to come down to whether they will play for the shirt and the manager

We are a lot more settled as a club than Blackburn were when they were relegated.
I think Derby & Wigan will be the teams to watch out for.
