New Stand/Tier

Went down the stadium yesterday - I know theres still a month left til the Super Cup, but still looks so much to do on the outside of thestand - cant see it being ready in time, especially in view of the ramp-up fixtures needing to be played beforehand.

Thoughts?

If the Brazilians can manage to get their shit together and not have a stand collapse killing thousands, I am sure we can too.

Thats not what I meant. Im sure the structural integrity of the stand is just fine, what I am alluding to is the construction site that still surrounds it and the apparent mass of work thats still left to do interior/exterior wise.
