FK Sarajevo, owned by majority shareholder Tan Sri Vincent Tan, topped their third placed finish in the Bosnian Premier Liga with a commanding victory in the final of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Cup last season. A first-leg 2-0 win away in Zenica was made all the more commanding by goals from Krste Velkoski, Bojan Puzigaća and Nemanja Bilbija in the second-leg.
The result saw FK Sarajevo claim the Bosnia and Herzegovina Football Cup for the first time since 2005, ending the season on an incredible seventeen game unbeaten run in all competitions - form that earned them a place in the qualifying stages of the UEFA Europa League after claiming a third place finish in the league by a single point.
We thank our sister club FK Sarajevo for their warm welcome to the Bosnian Capital and look forward to strengthening links between both clubs during this exciting tour.
