Inter legend Beppe Bergomi recently spoke about the rumoured interest of Inter in Chilean player, Gary Medel. Bergomi warned not to be caught up by the emotions and expressed that Chile has had many suitors coming for their players after a solid performance at the World Cup.
Bergomi followed up with an assessment of the player by saying that although Medel is an aggressive player who hunts the ball in the midfield, he is lacking in technical quality.

Beppe your assessment is shite I'm afraid.

For us he was all technical no aggression!
We saw both while he was playing for Chile. Not sure if this Bergomi was maybe watching a different player.

I completely agree with Bergomi, at the start of the season he looked like such a quality player but in the latter stages of the season or even a game he often made rash mistakes and couldn't pass well, he is a good player but i fear he lacks quality to go to such a club like Inter Milan

It's sort of true. He is ok but I wouldnt call him a technical player.

He's neither technical or aggresive.

Agreed.
Physical for maybe the italian or spanish league but not for the english league.

You don't have to break legs or put in late tackles to aggressively seek to win the ball back.

Nope and Don Cowie did that very well. But we want more from an 11m pound record signing.
He had to many gaps in his performance to warrant his fee. If we get more than half back I'll be delighted, thus inter stuff will run on.
