IF Marshall wanted to go (and he doesn't particularly want to go at the moment ) then that would be a good deal IMHO

who knows nj but no smoke without fire as we have made offer already so something must be there, also yes you are missing something because you are not a city fan i am sure theres lots of news i miss about swansea because its not me club

He dropped down from Palace to Saints when they were in Champ and League 1 respectively so he;s done it before.

The fact we went up as champions without having any player on double figure was nothing short of phenomenal off marshall proves how good he was.
I just don't see light at the end of the tunnel without him beetween our posts

My only worry is who would we put between the sticks if Marshall was to go.

A choice between a young inexperience keeper or one who hardly set the world alight at Macclesfield.

We would have to reinvest some of that 10 million to replace marshall though.

The points he has saved us since he joined if accumulated and put on a table we would be well on our way to promotion.

Makes good business sense, BUT, for me it's a no.

We need a proven, top class GK - which we have. And we should do everything in our power to keep him.

I went with yes, I would love Marshall to stay but it would be wrong to step in his way, he deserves Premier League Football and it benefits the club, amount of times we knocked teams back for millions and how we lived to regret it, remember McCormack and Ledley for 6-9 million to Hull, ended up getting 500k for both of them, one gone on a free.

Fonte would be a top signing for us.
