Hope I'm on the right board

Glad to see some changes on here and hope for the best, think that the new forum formed is healthy and people can filter towards which one bests suits their needs.

There will never be one board that suits all posters needs, so one for moaners, one for protesters one for banter and one for football may be the way forward, people can decide.

Looks like it was needed to help sort this one out or rid it of certain posters, either way it could be for the best and time will tell.
Chuckles becoming a Mod may be a blessing in disguise, he will either decide to fit in with society, or form is own board of one, perhaps the word moderation may flick a switch, but this board can only gain from this move either way.

On a personal note I will just stick to following and supporting the team as I have done for many years whatever the name colour badge or stadium, that's just how it is for me, people make their own choices, seen 95% of games each year especially over the last twenty years and a big percentage before that, but this is the first season I have no firm plans to go to every friendly game or Championship away game, starting to feel a bit groundhog day and don't have the same enthusiasm at the moment, but that may change as soon as I get the first game under my belt, I hope so because last year was not great and mostly because the football and banter seemed to take a back seat.

Losing don't worry me, seen us lose more than win and that's for sure, the togetherness and backs to the wall and us against the rest of the world feeling as gone, and it's no use blaming Tan, Sam, Ridsdale, to easy to have scapegoats, it's our choice as fans to stick together or not.

On a positive ending, me and Annis have spoken to Vince and the supporters club and Vince is looking to speak to the committee on the CCSC to use the book surplus that Annis holds, in all honesty most people who wanted to purchase a book from Annis's catalog have had long enough to do it, so the books left unsold are planned to be used to benefit a charity of the CCSC's choice, I think it may be on a donation or even raffle prize type basis on away trips etc.
But either way it's a great gesture by Annis to help with charity like this (who said he was tight anyway ) and at least it will help some good causes.

Onwards and side wards, or possibly forwards, but not backwards please, let's not be the team with the best stadium in the Conference.

I attempted to address the Chuckles situation but the thread was locked rather quickly.

But the first sign of misuse or abuse and I'm gone.

Good to see gavin back and gwyn who's not been on for ages if I'm correct, there both good for this board although we don't agree at times but that's a football forum for you

We.ll Always Be Blue ------ till our dying day --------------- Cardiff City is my life after my family so it really hurts when Cardiff fans fall out with each other so much in the last few years - We have had punks skinheads mods trendies and casuals --- followed by prawn sandwich brigade and plastics but end of the day were all supporting the same team ! A blue team the mighty bluebirds - and in fairness the valley rams was a great part of Cardiff travelling army not so long ago ---- Theres nothing wrong with red for away games 2nd or 3rd kit but Blue is definitely our 1st kit if we all had stuck together it would of remained - and I,m not interested in red or dead there to much money being made in this club - and Tan as been a quiet hero to many but is to stubborn to be an open hero to tens of thousands and world wide -
any how I would like tan to reverse colour stay with our club get us back up and enjoy premiership with the fans and then good luck to him and his hundreds of separate franchises that he has used the club in the past to get free world wide coverage
