A forum for all things Cardiff City

I'm not sure but I think the Gunner captained the City against Camarthen in the first half when Hudson also started. What is this telling us about Hudson? So who is the skipper who will need to guarantee his place in the side. Witts defo plays but he is not a captain and it effects his natural game. So who is it going to be?

Isn't casillas the captain for Real Madrid?

Love Whitts but he's probably the least person I see as a captain.
I really don't see a stand out captain who would play in almost every game for us.

wasn't it when he had the armband last time that his form dropped? bit too quiet for me and should be left to get on with his job.

Its a tough choice for the captaincy if Marshall goes that's for sure.

I think your right Jules, and whilst he is probably worthy of the title 'City Legend' after his long and consistent service, he is prone to going missing at key games, not a trait for a prospective team captain.

We havent in my opinion had a good leader/Capt for a while.

Whits is a legend but not sure about being captain. I love Whits he is my fave bluebird of all time but he is very quiet and sometimes when quiet lads are made captain they go out of their way to become vocal andit aaffects their game.
Not many options but gonna throw a wildcard out. Fabio. Great experience playing with one of biggest clubs on planet. One of few nearly guaranteed to be playing. And so passionate when he plays. Also being speaking very well about the club.

Last proper capt we had was purse. A captain on the pitch and in the changing room, a true clubman. Think people forget how good he was for us.
Marshall as capt for me, mutch as vice, as if we can get him to step into the role and see if it brings on his game

Whitts is not a leader and showed that years ago. He doesn't fkin speak!
Hhmm tricky one as do we have any Definate starters? Can't have a captain that's on bench most of time

Put Hudson back in the starting line up and give it back to him, Bellamy must've taught how to be a better captain.

Marshall for me if he stays
If he goes I realy dont know.

If cala could speak better English I'd say him.. daelhi also impresses me on the pitch how vocal he is maybe a bit young but he loves to shout and command things

Hudson. End of.

Did you like Hudson as captain? You say a while so unsure if you was a fan or not.
