Conversation with Andrew Taylor

Wed Jul 02, 2014 9:00 am

Only met Taylor twice in his time at Cardiff, once a few weeks before the Carling Cup Final and the second time the day before Cornelius moved back to Denmark. On both occasions he came across as a good lad, pretty honest too.

The second time I spoke to him I asked his thoughts on Ole, even though Taylor was injured and Soskjaer had been in charge for a matter of day he wasn't overly impressed. Mentioned he was slightly confused by his training methods but seemed a decent enough guy (not something a well trained professional would usually say)

I then asked him about Cornelius, asking if the rumours about him leaving were true. He said he was under the impression he was leaving say he was 'a scapegoat for the whole Malky saga' and mentioning he was a good lad and hadn't been given a chance.

No surprise that he also mentioned alot of the lads in the dressing room were still in shock about Malky's departure, I think the whole thing didn't sit right with Tayls and it's no surprise he was first out the door. Wonder how many in the dressing room were split by the decisions in January, clearly effected the squad/club.

Ole had only been there for a day and Taylor is telling you about his training methods?

Nice try

I spoke to him the day after Cornelius left and he told me he was glad he went because he was piss poor, and that the players were only confused by OGS because he wanted them to attack and score goals, something which Taylor said the squad had forgotten the point of football was to score more goals than the other side.

I hope you realise how stupid your post is. Its July, 6 months after your alleged second meeting with Andrew Taylor. Why has it taken you this long to enlighten us into your deluded mind? :laughing5:

Believe what you want, it's no coincidence Ole ushered him out the door for no fee.
