Not always a good way to judge a player, that jara for Chile has looked decent but was released by forest, and you get others that always step up..remember papa boupa diop for senegal
Obviously I know Yobo has done ok previously in the prem but he is getting on a bit now and wages would be too high for our league?

Just what we need imo, bags of experience and still has the quality, would probably demand decent wages but by the sounds of things the club are prepared to pay stupid wages if it means they can get their targets.

Yes I know where you're coming from. But hes playing his fourth game in two weeks in hot climate. His fitness can't be questioned. Having said that odemwinge#s in there as well! :)

Could well be that he fits with us some players and teams just fit!

Odemwingie who you mention didnt work for us but looks good for stoke and nigeria, maybe Yobo would be a good fit for us who knows he obviously isnt a bad player and agree he would be good at our level depends on wages for me.

I would prefer Madjid Bougherra as a free agent, a year younger as well.

I wasn't aware he was a free agent when I made my post, When I googled him I noticed his last club was the same Quatari club that Laudrup has been named manager of today.
