Late last night I received this message from Hereford fans.

Opinions Please?

Alright Annis!

Just messaging you for a massive favour really.

I dare say you've heard about Hereford United and our current situation? We are in dire straits to be honest, we've just been bought by a right shithouse called Tommy Agombar, he served 7 years for hijacking lorries, and is quite a nasty fucker, we are pretty sure though he hasn't got a pot to piss in, and is just a frontman for Steven Vaughan Senior who shafted Chester, Barrow, and Boston into bankruptcy!

The tale started at the turn of the year really, our then owner David Keyte stopped paying EVERYTHING we as fans had to raise money for HMRC bills, team coaches, even had a 10 year old boy sell his toys and raise £200.

Aside from the HMRC money the rest was used by Keyte to pay his own loans off and to trouser all we raised, no club staff or playing staff have been paid since February! Even a receptionist who had maternity money paid by the government hasn't received a penny!

Last month Keyte sold the club to Agombar for £2 on proviso he paid the debts off (total 1.3 million and rising) he's refused to pay anything other than the £2 he bought the club for. He has some right dodgy fuckers advising him too, just look through Bulls News online as it explains it better there. Basically we as fans have decided the best way forward is to kill the club and start again from scratch, our only asset is the leases to the ground, which Agombar has been quite public about wishing to transfer to another company of his! We have an upcoming friendly against Cardiff.

Now seeing as we are now Southern League I can't imagine you'll be sending anything other than a youth team, Agombar has appealed to Cardiff fans to attend en masse to help us financially! That's the worst that you could do mate, we will all be out in force that day, but not attending the match! We shall be protesting against this total farce, if you could possibly put a shout out via social media, and any fans groups not to attend that would be greatly appreciated mate! If you fancy coming come and protest with us, we'll shout you a few ciders!

Good luck with your forthcoming season, hope you have a swift return to the Prem mate, peace! Adam.

Any fans planning on travelling there should join them in the protest, the way he describes that vile man we shouldn't give him a penny, I really feel bad for Hereford and their fans hope it gets sorted out

because it's not our protest, i'd hate for the attention to be shifted from their cause after the hard work they'd have innevitably put in.

it would be like if we were planning a protest around a game against Man Utd and they jumped on the back of it promoting their own cause

I think I posted in another thread about this but I would encourage all Cardiff fans to boycott the Hereford friendly until either all footballing creditors are paid (unlikely), the club are liquidated or the fine Supporters Trust have taken over control. I've got strong connections with Herefordshire and, because of this, Hereford United and am disgusted at what is happening to a wonderful football club with such great history.

Any Cardiff fan remember when Gareth Stoker was sold to you from Hereford and he scored against them before getting sent off? Not to mention the mighty Steve "Chalkie" White too... My brother-in-law and Nephew are Cardiff mad too.

We need the revenue!
I know there is a group of very loud, rogue supporters who feel the boycotts, protests and threatening actions are right but the for the silent majority of us here in Hereford we want our club to succeed. We do not all want it to fail so we can set up our own and be little managers.
No doubt when they see this, I'll be abused and made out to be one of the new team undercover in yet another conspiracy theory but I really have had enough. Smaller teams than yours (as in all thw ones who have cancelled) have been bullied and basically told if you attend we'll make you look like crap so they cancelled.-.they tried it with Grays on Saturday with comments like 'your coach wont even make it to the ground', 'its going to be nasty' etc. Grays did say they knew they wouldnt threaten Cardiff - and they were right... instead they pleaded with your better nature!
I am nothing to do with the club except being a loyal supporter. They are even trying to stop the help for heroes game... how low is that!
So the essence of my post is to say please dont fall for this, we do not all support these people in fact most of us are horrified by their behaviour!

This is a rogue poster, possibly connected to the new regime. We have seen many new posters arrive on the forum the last couple of weeks. It is completely ridiculous to claim that any HUFC is wanting the new regime to continue the sham that is their HUFC. Also, the fact that they have resorted to arranging a friendly in aid of H4H is a clear and very cynical ploy to try and discredit those trying to drive them out.

I urge you to look at Bullsnews and go back over the past few weeks to see exactly what has been going on.

This piece from elsewhere is also informative http://thesportsbreakfast.co.uk/herefor ... any-worse/

Don't fall for these con men. They have zero interest in us as a football entity.

The reason there has been so many new posters on the forum is that any original ones have been shouted down and bullied into being quiet so rather than have that rolled out in public as many know each other they have just posted their feelings under different names. Yes I was a new poster but only because I felt someone should thank Joel Nathan forat least trying to help us when he was being targetted by the rrest of you. You simply cant accept yours is not the only view, hence the new policy that only those in favour of destroying HUFC are allowed to register.
