Anyone had any issues with paypal
I sold something which I bought off ebay before (lacoste shirt that didn't fit) had a feeling it was a snide but didn't think anything of it. paypal closed my account due to violating their policies.. then setup a new account and they closed it in 3 days as linked it to my old one.

I have now setup a new one with a new bank account and email address. basically does anyone know how they link accounts as this one has a new bank and email

thanks

Isn't Paypal owned by ebay? I think it might be.I have 2 ebay accounts, one i use primarily and the other to shill said account.I'm surprised I haven't been outed but try not to shill too much as greed will always be your downfall.

they use pretty much everything to link your account with the old banned one

im assuming you opened the new account in your name, with your address, same bank account as before, same phone number

welcome to the world of stealth...

once you have been blocked by paypal/ebay you will always be inked flagged and blocked again time after time, they dont have to justify there reasons, its in the terms and conditions

anyways... you want to get on ebay / paypal then listen up...

ebay and paypal use cookies, and ip address for id, to know its you when you log into your account for example

if you cleared your cookies, which everyone does for a clean up now and then, well this throws up a flag and they may get all jittery about that... you go on hols for example and think you will log into your account and see how your sales are doing or fancy buying something... you will be welcomed with all sorts of security questions like what is your 1st pet, your mothers maiden name that sort of thing, its a security measure so they know its you logging on from a different location... as in not your cookies or ip address

ok, 1st you need to make a new user account on your pc, easily done by going into control panel, user accounts, add a user, make sure you give the new user admin privilages ok...

do not! name the account your name! make it something different, something new, or better still your new stealth name for ebay and paypal

you will need to log into the new user account everytime you use paypal or ebay..its like using a new pc, with new cookie history and so on

go and make a new gmail account that you want to use with your new ebay and paypal... again you dont use your own real name! you use the new stealth name and character you have created

you wont be able to use any old bank accounts that you may have used on any other account in the past, blocked account or other... it will link and block
so you will need all new bank account details... maybe you have a spare account that you have not used before, be sure to double check as you will get linked and blocked through any slight similarity... some account come with side saving accounts, they work well as you get a different account number and sort... even if the main account is the blocked one thats fine, as long as the details your about to reg are different... if not open up a simple account, takes a few weeks from start to finish to get your bank account up and running... santander 123, halifax easycash(with comes with online saver 2nd account) and co-op cashminder are simple current accounts no frills accounts, easy to open and use... and yes of course you have to use your official name and details to popen the bank accounts LOL you will be asked to provide proof of id to open them so dont worry about that just use your own name and address

vcc- virual credit card, entropay works well, just top up a virtual card online with anything over a fiver and you will get a nice new card number, expiry date and 3 digit code...just like a new debit card, everything you need, entropay.com easy to use

same for mobile phone number...new payg sims are about 75-99p nowadays... get one you will need it to reg your new acocunts... any will do but tesco mobile tend to work well... if you try and open an account with an old phone number boom your blocked!, you will need this for ebay, paypal, gmail... and dont forget to use the new number not an old one

to go with your stealth name you will need a stealth address... if you want to sell on ebay not so bad you can pick an address out of thin air... yet if you want to use the account for buying then you will need an address that you have access too, a family members perhaps, but be sure to check they dont already have an account registered to that address!! old aunts or nans work well as they dont tend to have ebay accounts or even be online lol.... just tell them the truth that you are blocked on ebay so you need to have your buys sent to a new address... you dont want nan turning your new clothes away at the door when the post man comes knocking haha, so best to let them know what your doing

ok... you have your new name, address, gmail account, bank account, which is not too important to setting up but if your looking to sell at some point then you have to add it at some point...

ip address... this is always going to be difficult to mask when you have static ip for example, say you are on virgin cable, then your ip address will never change, they supply you with it so you cant even go into the hub and tweak it, well you can but you will lose your broadband connection so its pointless... if on virgin then you may need to mask your ip with a vpn like hidemyass for example or other proxy host, some are free which do let you down from time to time and some charge

ip address if your browsing through mobile phone(tethering) then not so bad as your ip address changes everytime you log online... you just make sure you log out of anything your doing previously and log back online then onto your ebay/paypal accounts

be sure to make notes of all your new info... you may have to use it, just as before like 1st pet name and stuff like that, but this time you need to make it something new... its easy to put in your real 1st pet name by mistake... make too many simular mistakes and your blocked again!

make notes of the date you registered the account, the user ids and passwords and so on, keep the info in notepad in your "new" user account if need be somewhere you can get your hands on it quick if needed, you would be surprised at some point in future your on the phone to ebay and they ask you the date you registered the account??? they do shit like this to try and throw you off, so be ready

not sure if i missed anything out but thats pretty much it... yes its a lot to do...but now your blocked thats you buggered, dont make a difference and you will want to try and plead your case, as you say your not a criminal...but they will treat you like one! so i know it sounds like a lot you need to do but you will need to do all this to cover your tracks if you want to get back on

mostly straight forward... and mostly only the ip thing that will trip you up, you have to be regiment on that... you could have all new account, new user account on pc, all new details... log in with your blocked ip and boom your blocked and all that you have done is wasted, bank accounts all wasted and no good for a future account, dump them all and start over... seriously dump everything you did and start fresh... you have to make sure your ip is different... as long as its different to the blocked one, thats fine it does not have to change everytime, great if it does, like tethering through your wifi on mobile phone, most mobile tariffs have good useage now unlimited even better lol your gonna need it, you can also use a broadband dongle to access net which also gives you a new ip each time just like a phone but usually the signal and service are pants and a waste of money... you could upgrade your net useage with what the dongle is going to set you back

you can check your ip address at ipburger.com for example... get used to checking it until you settle into a pattern that you are comfortable with
so..quite a bit to do but it can be done rest assured... theres a whole community out there who have to opperate like this because of the stupid way ebay/paypal bans and blocks users... and yes some folks will say its crooked, it is, but we are not all crooks, some of us are just simply banned uses blocked and cant get back on so we have to use this method to buy and sell

if you need any further help or advice drop me a line, if you decide to follow my steps please let me know how you get on, and run by me what you have done prior to going live with it so i can help spot if there are any errors, with a bit of determination i can have you back on in no time, same goes for anyone else who is in the same boat

you may think your not linked yet..you will be! but you wont be blocked if you have only just registered an account to buy... if you want to sell to attempt to add your blocked bank details, or anything from your blocked account before when your looking to sell then you will get blocked

accounts can take from anything as quick as 3 mins!!! to get blocked, you could refresh your page one day and its gone blocked again

if you only want to buy the ebay account wont be so bad if not using paypal to buy anything lol... the min you go to set up the new paypal account with any old info from the blocked one, same name address, bank info it will be blocked, does not matter if you masked ip to try and trick them you will need to change everything about it
