Anyone know if we will be seeing his long throws again this season or did his shoulder dislocation put an end to all that completely?

I think I read somewhere that he wouldn't be able to do the long throws anymore.
Hopefully he'll prove a valuable asset as he did when we were last in the Championship.
Struggled in the Premier League but he was certainly not the only one for whom the step up proved too much.

It has. He didn't do them at all last season and it has been a year since he injured it so I doubt we'll see it again. Shame really because his ability is a great asset to have when chasing a goal.

To be fair I don't think I remember the throw causing any real problems, it comes in too flat and slow Easy for defenders. Maybe once or twice but over utilised IMO in times where we should keep possession

You're right - his was not a natural long throw such as Andy Legg's. Gunnarsson's throws had too much hang-time and not enough power coming into the box.
