Not surprised, you don't becoema bad player from a few poor prformances in a struggling team when you are playing with an injury.

About 6-8 weeks ago I tore the top of my hamstring, but played on for about 4 weeks, it hurt when I sprinted or kicked (not ideal for football), got through it, but performed worse than usual - which is an achievement itself at my age. Gave in in the end and first game back tonight. It looked to me that he came back far too soon after his tear - he was due to be out for 6 weeks and missed just 1 week, doesn't that say something. Before this happened he'd been by a long way our best outfield player and had come out on top in most games against his opponents in his own personal duels.

His class has shown now when fit and playing for a decent side and I'm pleased for him.

But these sort of things are missed by those who just watch games on TV and rely on meaningless stats and football manager.

No surprise that after 6 weeks of trying to play through it and suffering a drop in performance he gave in for our last couple of games. Instead of slagging him off we should have either been criticising the manager for bringing him back too early, or praising Medel's guts for playing through injury.

Don't forget we relied heavily on him, when he was missing we were biteless and didn't pick a point up.

As soon as the Jacks start sliding down the table you'll be back to pretending you are a City fan again.

Off to play footy now, so grateful for the insight . :P

Come on let's be honest, medel was average last season,he got caught out on many occasions,I was expecting a lot better than what he produced, but of course if he was playing for Swansea or on the verge of signing for swansea,he would have been world class

Translation:
There is a new name for the Inter market. As reported by Sportitalia, the Nerazzurri are thinking about the Chilean Gary Medel who will say farewell to Cardiff relegated to the Championship. The player, working in Brazil with the national team, he has a contract until June 30, 2017 and is valued at about € 9m

When it comes to football knowledge you really know feck all as the ball is a bit hard for you.

You were sussed out on CCMB, which is why you ran off,and I've got you sussed now.
