Chelsea, Sunderland and Manchester City are keen on Diego Poyet who has left Charlton after turning down their contract offer.
The 19-year-old midfielder is the son of Sunderland boss Gus.
The youngster came through Charlton's academy and managed to make 23 appearances for the Addicks last season.
