A Cardiff City under-21 team will take on a young Bosnian side in a pre-season match on July 12
Cardiff City and FK Sarajevo, the two clubs owned by Malaysian Vincent Tan, are to play each other next month.

Bluebirds manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will send an under-21 team to Bosnia where they will play Sarajevo’s young professionals.
Rhys Healey, Tom James, Tommy O’Sullivan and Theo Wharton are among the young players who will travel to Sarajevo for the fixture on Saturday, July 12.
Cardiff’s senior, under-21 squad and Youth Academy players all report back for the start of pre-season training at the end of this month.

Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and his staff will spend more than a week putting players through fitness tests and the opening first team match is at Welsh Premier League Carmarthen Town on Monday, July 7. Former Bluebirds defender Mark Aizlewood is Carmarthen’s manager.
