last ones we had in next door to me owned a zoo basically! they had 8 cats, 3 dogs, a room full of birds who flew around freely, pet pigs and believe it or not, a f*cking donkey!! the house was absolutely stinking!

when the landlord came to check up on the house they used to ram all the animals into their little corsa and put them in a farm shed for an hour!

went to the letting agency yesterday and it was clear that they never done their checks especially on what can and can not be down in the area.

Yes they do, very rare would you see people who rent look after the property as if it was theirs. Whenever renters move out you would often see maintenance guys sorting out the gardens, drives and private parking spaces plus repairs to the inside of the property before it goes back onto the market.

When I was renting down here I took offence that the residents get together were for home owners only but now being a home owner I can fully understand their point.
