There is more evidence for the existence and life of Jesus than pretty much all of the historical figures of his age. In fact out of contemporary 37 accounts of his life, over 10 of them are secular including the great Roman historian Josephus.

well...i agree that something from nothing is quite unlikley, but i once saw a documentary called "before the big bang" which had a lot of physisists giving some really interesting alternate theories...worth a watch

read it, the explanations arent quite as comprehensive (i.e. humans appearing immidiatley but the millions of years worth of creatures before not mentioned)
