Didn't make the World Cup dream team

Just been thinking that if you put together the best starting 11 from all of the nations that didn't qualify for the World Cup you could have a team to rival most in the competition! However my global football knowledge is a bit lacking, but I'm sure some of the experts on here could come up with something pretty good... So any ideas?

Agree with the starting 11 - but Hamsik would make it in there instead of Farfan for me
