Ole Gunnar Solskjaer

When Ole first took over in January he had to completely transform our team from a 'hoof ball' team to a passing team. He did achieve this in a short period of time and some of the performances we saw were excellent (Liverpool, Fulham and West Brom.) He actually managed to end our shortage of goals and scored plenty of goals with him in charge rather than Malky Mackay. Although we did end up going due to conceding so many goals. In my opinion We should definitely hire a defensive coach to help Ole out in that region.
At the end of the day we went down because our players weren't good enough for the premiership, they did try but we were often outplayed by the classier teams and our eventually got tired at the 70 minute stage where we conceded a lot of goals from 70 minutes onwards.
For the upcoming season Ole has already brought in some tremendous attackers and we should see plenty of attacking football at the Cardiff City stadium and hopefully get results!
We now have all of preseason to sort out the main team for the start of the season and they will all be confident for Ole's passing mentality. I for one am very excited to watch our team pass the ball around well and be effective with it and not just pass it around the back. We defiantly have the best team in the championship at the moment and all we need is one or two defenders brought in to make us even tighter at the back.
I am almost 100% confident we will do very good next season with Ole in charge, he's a brilliant young manager and many players already respect him because of his playing days!

Excellent post, but don't forget about the Southampton away win, that was a great result.
