Looks impressive. The red seats will make it look hideous though.

Inside looks far better than the outside... Very impressive! No doubt it will look ridiculous (in my eyes!) when those hideous red seats are added.

Sadly correct, all that money spent as well.

Looks much better the way they've done it, over stadiums like mk dons etc IMO, gives the stadium so much character, and a touch of "awe" about it, the way they've broken up the bowel. I Love stadiums with unique stands that ain't blended in with the rest of the stadium, and the ninian stand certainly has a life of its own now...its a throwback

not in these pictures but the outside of the new stand looks completely out of place with the rest of the stadium doesn't look right with it

annis dont you think its because it had to be designed that way ? dont forget stadium was built with expansion in mind at later date, so are they restricted by original design? after all its cost lot less than normal expansion would. and dont forget if expanded fully 3 sides would look same!

Does anyone know why the seating arrangement in the lower tier is off-centre? Considering its a new stadium, it looks a bit of an oversight by the architects.

Yeah spot on, it will look awful, I'm never going up there lol,

Looks good to me;as for the seat colour its a no from me,but lets hope we have a good season and they wil be hidden by fans wearing blue!! CCFC!!

One big area of concern for me is that the roofs of the two end stands are at different heights from the new stand roof. I can see from the plans that there will be clear glass end protection for the main deck of seating, but the difference in height is going to cause huge problems when its raining. I think personally not enough thought has gone into this. If you look at other grounds where there is a difference in height between stands, some sort of aesthetic join is achieved, which also not only looks good, but is effective against the elements.

Now - time to get off my soapbox.
