I wish our ball boys gave the ball back half as quick as that. They're useless feckers.

Nothing wrong, ball boys are w*nkers these days and take too long and take the piss.

The system in Brazil allows them to throw a ball to a keeper straight away once a ball goes out.

I remember Everton using a tactic where , if they were drawing or losing they'd have the normal amount of ball boys out . But as soon as they went ahead they'd take a certain amount of ball boys off .
