' I Honestly cant still get my head around it '
I honestly cant still get my head around it that Tan still has his lovers/followers after all he has done to our club, ripped it apart, destroyed the heart of it,divided it that we feel no pride,£150 mill in debt, a laughing stock in the media and around the world, fans so fed up with Tans circus, some even blaming everyone else in the club but Tan, yet Tan is without doubt 100% in control of everything and has the final say,no matter what and has done from day one including sacking 3 CEO's in less than 2 years.
I cant believe some of the posts on here in support of Tan, but thats their opinions, I am shocked/stunned,but I suppose some dont want to see the truth.
Even some of the ardent fans like Steve Davies,Carl Curtis, Gary aka Castleblue, who have from day one given Tan the benefit of the doubt,no longer have any respect for him.
10,000 less fans next season(that speaks volumes) and No identity,
And guess what were back in the Championship.
Was it really all worth it?
For me 100% DEF NOT

" WE ARE CARDIFF CITY WE WILL ALWAYS BE BLUE "

Darren Stevens Crazy Annis and the fact people blame Malky for players contracts anyone who knows about football knows the chief executive deals with contracts and not the manager. So if any buyout clauses or bonus are included this is done and signed off by the chief executive not the manager.

I see its become fashionable to knock Malky for all of last seasons wrong doings! Sorry but the buck stop with the Malaysian mafia #TANOUT
Jo Bluearmy Barmy Blanchard watch now malky be blamed for england not winning the world cup

The annoying thing is IF and its a big IF OGS gets it right (And I have my doubts) our fickle, Tan loving, red loving fans (and I use that term very loosely) will be all back on side supporting the Malaysian mafia and saying its only a colour etc.. Some people can be bought so easily they totally lack a morale compass. I would never want to see my Bluebirds loose but would take dropping down to Division 1 if it meant finally getting rid of Tan & Co and yes I understand totally what the implications may be (Admin or even worse) BUT if it means we get our club back or whatever is left of it so let it be #TANOUT

We would be League 2 or worse if Tan had never stepped in.
He's put millions into the club for players and other investments.
The people who demand him out never give a proper response to what would happen.

You can hate Tan for the mess hes made of our identity but also totally understand why hes pissed at Malky.
Well I can and so domost people I know.
Its only a select few with their Malky blinkers who cant see past their Malky rose tinted glasses

Malky's name weren't even mentioned in the OP, this has nothing to do with him. You're one of the people who tells those who defend Malky to let it go, yet you bring him up all the time

I really dont care what people on facebook think. If they have anything to contribute they can do so on here.

How many more times are you going to re hash the same vitriolic rant you say people can express their own opinions so get over it there will be people who like tan not everyone thinks like you.It gets boring reading the same thing it is keeping the split going when we should stay united behind the club Cardiff City don't fret about tan he will go at the end of the season I truly believe that he is fed up here and is looking for face saving way out,but his exit doesn't mean the next owner will change back so wha will we do then drive them out and anyone else who follows on

The thread is about not being able to get your head around something. My reply is basically saying that we all think like that but.....nevermind as you wont change peoples mind. Is that ok with the forum police?

Just a repeat of the other threats you post Annis, just worded differently. There are people that despise of the re-brand but can see sense and not rate Malky. Enough of this Malky was the knight in blue shining armour, he backed the re-brand from day one.

Complains about people not being able to express their own opinions, then implies that someone should stop expressing their opinion.
Priceless.

Pull the other one Annis you clearly started this thread cos your boy Malky is getting caned in several threads

Your user name is troobloo but you're defending Tan (IE the rebrand) Ironic really
I think the atmosphere inside CCS last season spoke for itself. Awful, boring, quiet (except the man city game where the ground was rocking, and he noise when we equalised was unbelievable)
But there has always been a divide in the fans because of the red/blue debate, and that's surely Got to fall on Tan's lap

Chris, Ive always be honest to you, 100% not the case on this topic

So please say your views on Tan?

I get what you say, but the Same can be said for sam hammam and his 'followers' and (to a lesser extent) those who won't have a word said against dear old Malky.

Funniest thing is, he was on here saying he was protesting for Mackay and was also at BU meetings.

Ive debated Sam a 1,000 times and admitted Sam had many faults and when he changed our badge I never spoke to Sam for over a year.

That's why you can only really take notice of certain posters now, to have a decent debate about anything.

Does that count when recently people have changed their minds and now hate Tan?
That has happened and they have been welcomed with open arms and said that people can change their minds.....only one way I take it?????

notice its very quiet on here lately ? but gguess best way to boost forum have another go at tan! same stuff just put in different way, always garauntee hits! wonder what would some people do if tan went and we and we're liquidated? mass suicides ? well way people carry in you would think world was ending !
doubt if anyone loves tan on here, some but people just have a more balanced view of tan than others.

Criticising Malky ≠ supporting Tan
Sun Jun 15, 2014 11:38 am
lovers??
Honestly Annis it's getting childish, it's simple the ones who support the team in its current state have reasons, if you believe if it's to back and accept Tans changes you are deluded.
Comments like that are reasons why the club is in the current state it is.
Why can we all follow CCFC for our own personal reasons instead of having agenda's???

Some news for you Allan, the views are way up on 2013 and this month is higher than April/May 2014.
This is not about hits, I am saying what I honestly believe

As you so often say Annis: thats just my opinion
You have your opinion, others have their opinion.
So why do you so often need to point out that there is something "wrong" with those who dont share your opinion?
Some people who follow our club on daily basis was afraid that we would go bankrupt. Wales and Cardiff aint the first club in the line for someone to come and throw in cash to save it.
Which is also the reason our owner is Tan because he did not know enough about football.
I for one was happy when he bought the club because i was afraid we would have to start all over again as Cardiff Football club or something.Loose our history and be known as the club formerly known as Cardiff City.
I respect Tan for saving our club but i do not respect him for what he has done to it. But the club means more to me alive than dead so that i will always be grateful for.
Sun Jun 15, 2014 11:47 am
Steve, I have to admit you have a certain point and we are now way past the point where there needs to be a separation between the "Blue" argument and the "Tan is a complete tw*t for
EVERYTHING going on at the club" argument
I don't know of anyone who believes Tan was right to "rebrand" the colours and I don't know anyone who prefers the red to the blue, so (to me) there is no debate to be had other than "How do we persuade Tan to do a U-turn and restore the blue?"
I'm not defending Tan the person. I don't know him. But I do look at the whole picture since he came to Cardiff City FC and I believe I am broad-minded enough to see that not everything he has done has been to the detriment of either the club or its paying supporters, whilst also accepting that (in some areas)
BIG mistakes have been made
It could be argued/accepted that Tan is still learning about the "peculiar" business side of football and that, to some extent, should be factored into the equation
Equally, it could be argued that Tan has driven a bulldozer through the so-called 'traditional' fabric of the club and, if I am honest, I find it difficult to argue against that
However, I am pragmatic enough to realise that in football as a whole "times they are a-changing" and in years to come we may look back and (somewhat ironically) realise that what Tan is putting in place is going to help the club both survive and prosper in the long-term, well after Vincent Tan has sold up and gone!
To me, Vincent Tan is a
TEMPORARY custodian of Cardiff City FC and I am hopeful that he will leave a strong legacy for the future, i.e. a stable, financially secure club; preferably with a place in the Premier League
Some will see this as pro-Tan, but it isn't; far from it.
It is 100% pro-Cardiff City FC and (
my desire for a return to blue apart) my only interest in Vincent Tan is whether he will deliver the goods at the end of the day and all I can say on that front is that (a) he has invested into the club massively when no-one else wanted to know, and (b) he has "backed" his managers to the hilt when it comes to players and continues to do so
He may or may not be everyone's "cup of tea", but like him or loathe him, it's hard not to accept he has taken the club forward in many ways. IMHO,
100% BLUE APART, it's time to move on and look forward rather than back
Sun Jun 15, 2014 11:48 am
Its never as cut and dried as either 100% love or 100% hate.
You are annoyed by the change of colour and then everything else is tainted by that view.
I will berate him for the rebrand but that is it.
I will not even get on his back over the debt because all outcomes are positive as far as I can see. He writes off happy days. He calls in administrators happy days, he's gone.
His money to Laval charities seems to be easily forgotten and for some it was enough to find them for years.
He has extended the stadium to a level that we all wanted as a capacity. He funded promotion and he is developing a training facility.
I hate him purely for the rebrand but I am not going to let it blinker the good that he has done.
