DOES ROATH MAGIC SMOKE POT?

I had a business partner who was a pot smoker behind scenes. (didnt know when we formed business)

Very single minded, condescending and patronising emails to people, and going into almost forensic detail
On items, where one liners would do.

Decisions took an age and compromise almost impossible so you had to plant seeds and think it was his
idea.
Almost narcissistic possibly?

He also thought only he was right and had to have last say. Splintered in between this, he was helpful to
Clients and Dillingent in his area of work.

He decided and has now left and the business has improved and got better since, I realise Now that he was holding us back and a cloud over other staff. Hes gone to work as one man band again and will do alright it it I'm sure but his 'my way or no way' interaction supported by detail and minuture narratives was suffocating.
