Gary Medel v Aussies

Fri Jun 13, 2014 9:37 pm

Australia have a quite average team. Our Cardiff team would beat them.

Medel will give them whooping and will be worth 20 mill by 1am.

Will be a draw or possibly an Australia win. Chile are truly fantastic to watch but have a habit of failing to score and failing to defend well.

Australia will put crosses in all night to exploit Medel and Jara lack of height and ability in the air.

Can he play up front as it seems he's as big a liability at centre back as he is in midfield :laughing6:

Rated in Chile's top three players, along with Arturo Vidal and Alexis Sanchez. Leave it out.

Did you not see his defending for Cahill's goal? :laughing6:

Yet nobody worth their salt wants him for what seems like peanuts.

Odd.

Not at Cahill's age now and considering the level he's at, no :thumbright:

How could you POSSIBLY know that? Do you deal with our transfers then? The most logical explanation is we are waiting until after the world cup to get the right deal done.

Ashley Williams has made far worse errors at international level than that... Does that make him a liability too then? :laughing6:

So you assume that being one of the best players in the world and available at a reported 4m-6m that the likes of Munich, Real, Barca, Man City, Chelsea, Liverpool, PSG, Athletico, Inter will all be clamouring for his signature at such a price?

Or do you think he will end up somewhere like Besiktas or Malaga? There is a reason he plays for Cardiff.

I have never said he's one of the best in the world    I said he's rated among two world class players in the Chilean squad.

Is that the same Valencia that we stuffed 3-0 on their own ground last season?

This obsession with medal is tiresome is it not ? :sleepy2:

Can we move on now , bought 12 months ago played alright for a bit , faded second half of the season prob not worth the money we paid for him .. Happy if we get 6m for him .... Hey ho move along the bus :-)

Of course ALL swanseas signings in the last few years have been roaring successes.....and if they haven't ..... Well who cares :|
