' WILFRED ZAHA LATEST '
Thursday 12th June 2014.
There was a time, not very long ago, that Wilfried Zaha was harbouring hopes of making England’s World Cup squad but, after a disastrous first season at Old Trafford, the former Crystal Palace star is partying in Ibiza rather than gunning for glory with the national side in Brazil.
Zaha has joined former Palace team-mate Jason Puncheon and Barnet goalkeeper Graham Stack to enjoy his summer break and the delights of Ibiza's party town after falling out of favour with England boss Roy Hodgson.
The £15m Manchester United winger, whose career at Old Trafford nose-dived under David Moyes, spent the second half of the season on loan at Cardiff but he couldn’t help prevent Welsh side from avoiding relegation.
Zaha has made two appearances for the full England side under Roy Hodgson but he has been left behind in the pecking order by the likes of rising star Raheem Sterling, who could start against Italy at the weekend.
It remains unclear whether Zaha’s future lies at Old Trafford with new boss Louis Van Gaal yet to make a decision on whether the 21-year-old is worth his place in the first-team squad.

Just about sums up everything thats wrong with ZAHA
he's a pretender he likes to act the superstar puts more effort into his lifestyle than his game.
While hes busy trying to act the star in that time he will never reach his full potential and be looking back on a wasted career full of regrets washed out in his late 30's

Zaha came home from Ibiza on Wednesday I was on the same flight as him back into Gatwick he was with 3 of his brothers. I had a chat with him and he said he's unsure of his future he hasn't met van gaal yet. He was only in Ibiza for two nights as he was "bored of sitting at home"

Thing I am looking forward to the most.... Not having him at the club this season

Nothing about that kid seemed ready for the Premier League. I don't know who to blame though, as clearly his attitude isn't quite right, but at the same time Moyes really screwed him over treating him how he did. Combination of both, I guess. Should seek a transfer/loan to a promotion chasing Championship team.

I would take him on loan again

Funny how story is printed the day after he gets back. A girl on the plane was saying he was up on stage in a club throwing Gucci bags and 100 euro notes off. How true this is though I don't know as I wasn't there. I did notice he had all his bottom teeth done gold though fking clown!

Agree.

Not gonna sit here and kid myself because of his loan move but the potential is there, can't put my finger on what lets him down.
Mainly attitude I guess.

The potential is there but money & immaturity has ruined his talent. Its attitude and ultimately down to him. What a waste if he doesn't realise it.
