Scattering of Ashes at football grounds

Tue Jun 10, 2014 7:23 pm

Just been to Liverpool to scatter my bro-in-law n wot a reception we had. There was a 2yr waiting list but it was FREE. They used a grass seed spreader n scattered him on the newly laid pitch. Families went in (6 members at a time) individually n a chaplain accompanies u whilst it is being performed all with dignity n the utmost respect. All clubs should offer their fans this opportunity even if a charge is attached to it. Well done LFC

Fair enough mate, sorry for your loss. Just wondering if he was still there, it sounds like him, he's an incredible guy who still does huge amounts of charity work
