It looks like Ash W is about to have a big pay rise which many are predicting could keep him on board.
Could we do the same thing with Marshall. He has been crucial to us over the last 5 years and instills confidence in the players and fans. The term talisman is overused at times, but in this case, surely he is our best candidate!
Give him what he wants I say.
The best thing is he hasn't even blackmailed us or even shown the least bit of dissent. Such loyalty and service should be rewarded IMHO.

He had a new contract a few months ago.
