My favourite Cardiff City team was the 75/76 side, managed by Jimmy Andrews, which won promotion from division three.
Favourite non-CCFC team was Ajax Amsterdam, who won the European Cup three years running in the early 70s.
Perhaps my choices are clouded by nostalgia for my youth, but they were happy days!

Brazil 1970 followed by the Everton team with a midfield of Harvey, Kendall and Ball.

There's been a good few Dutch teams I've enjoyed watching over the years. One of the biggest mysteries in football imo, is how the fuk haven't Holland ever won a worldcup.

Juventus, between 1996 and 1998 - Zidane, Davids, Inzaghi... Robbed in two Champions Leagues finals, but they were always a pleasure to behold.

Standing looking towards the bob bank.
Awaiting the centre of it to rise to its feet and applaud.
That let you know Eddies men were walking out onto the sacred Ninian pitch.
Tina Turner rattled through old decrepit speakers.
"Simply the best"... Indeed.
I fell head over heels from those moments.

tough one...
- Germany 1990 World Cup winning team was a pleasure to watch, so was the 2006 team...
- Cardiff team in the Millennium season, when we went up v QPR...loved the squad, lots of Welsh boys, Earnie, Gabbidon etc and Kav as captain... prob my fav City side
- Schalke's 1997 side that won the UeFa Cup, such a determined and hard working side, it was fab.
- Brazil in 1982...what a team, played the best football by a mile...they were amazing
