Aguero, I believe he was sidelined during the end of the season and I think that reason may come into his favour.

lukaku for me as long as he is fit the for the opener too. Can see Belgium scoring a lot of goals during the group stage and staying in the competition until quarters/semis. Lukaku will be their main striker with Benteke out.

Agreed. Lukaku is also a good contender. Bosnia and Belgium have similar quality, but i think the Bosnian manager and overall experience in the squad means that if Bosnia meets Belgium in round of 16 (as is likely) Bosnia should win.
