Just a Question about the Club/Tan debt

Can someone just explain 
So the Club CCFC owe Tan £100+ million - who is the Club ? is it Tan (so Tan owes Tan)
so the Club CCFC will be getting £66 million from the PREMIER LEAGUE
do the Club CCFC then give it to Tan and we only owe him £34+ million
or is it Tan gets £66 million and we still owe him £100+ million
any ideas

Tan is major shareholder but not outright owner yet although very close
The club owes tan £100m + any revenue the club brings will be held in club accounts but should the board agree then payments could be made to tan off his loans or tan could convert debt to equity
If tan were to own the club fully then effectively he would owe himself money and that money in theory would not be owed out anymore it would be wiped off this is one major reason tan won't convert or buy out the remaining directors shares as he would lose a lot of money
If we gain promotion again I fully expect him to buy out remaining shares and then convert his loans to equity
That's a big if mind

Tan now own 90 percent of the club

How much of the debt (historical & current) is from the development of the stadium?

None now as club/tan have paid all debts off
