Come we are all bored out of our trees so who is going to win the world cup?

I am going to say GERMANY

Spain

Argentina.

Italy.

Brazil or Argentina. I'm going to say Brazil.

I keep changing my mind every week,Argentina at the moment.
PS I don't think Spain will get out of their group!!!!

^this, just had 20 on Germany @ 11/2. They are such a consistent and clinical team, they are nigh on always a safe bet for reaching the last 4.

I know mate, every two years these people come out of the woodwork force ably informing welsh, irish, scots that they SHOULD BE supporting England . The 'national' press are the same, shoving a microphone into the face of any celtic celebrity demanding to know if they'll be supporting England , with looks of disgust if they don't give them the answer they so crave..

I will unashamedly NOT be supporting 'Woy's boys', which I may add does NOT make me Anti-English or in any way small minded or childish.

Brazil watched them against Panama (I know they're no Germany or Argentina) but the looked class. First time I've seen Brazil play fast attractive football for years, excluding the final against Spain last year.

Can't wait for the tournament to start now

It hasn't been held there since 1978. The world is a very different place now with luxury travel and accommodation for players along with the best training facilities.

I think it's absolutely wide open and honestly can't call it. Could be a time for an outsider to come through and win it.

Greece for me Always have a flutter on Germany.I remember watching France v England in varsity in 2004 with Bowman.France scored and I jumped off my stool celebrating.2 lads came up to me pissed off because I wanted France.urm let me think about this.........me mams French.

Good bet on Germany... I don't think Spain will be as dominant this time . Germany prob the form team from Europe at the moment.

I hope Germany will but i'm not sure now Marco Reus is injured i would imagine a South American team will and i think Uruguay and Belgium will be the dark horses this year.
