We finished 6 places below what was expected, yet Palace finished 7 places above what was expected, based upon market value.

Like I said all season, Allerdyce and Pullis know how to make a poor squad stay up.

OGS was the wrong style and wrong Manager for a weak team, the tactic is stop the goals going in and try and pinch a few from set plays......

Not really, as most of our purchases last season were poor and overvalued; therefor our squad as a whole was overvalued and we were always in a false position IMHO. We got what we desired in the end, but i sincerely hope we get a chance to rectify in the not-too-distant future

That's what happens when you spend 40+ million on basically 2 players who actually contributed anything worth contributing, Medel and caulker. We were always going to underachieve with the players we had compared to the money spent.

Atleast the way ole is going about his business, he may end up spending 5 mil, and we could have a team worth 40mil with the bargains he's bringing in.
