It better not be £1.5 million!

That's less than we paid!

1.5 million is f**k all when u could make so much more money if we get promoted and play him throughout the season , the boy has talent and he would shine in that midfield given that ole likes to play more of a passing style compared to malkay aswell , its a poor deal when u know the price of promotion is way way more

If he wants to go there's fucall we can do, the last thing we need is an unhappy player.

the team got relegated not him lol and loads of players are injury prone , stil dosent justify letting him go when he could of been fit all season and help us get promoted , id feel a lot more confident with him in our side

So he got relegated fact still remains and no not are lot of players are injury prone players pick up injures now and again but injury prone players get injured every single season and jordan has been injured every season so why would it stop now? and also if a club are buying a player knowing the fact that he can't play a full season no matter how talented you are value will always drop

we will never know now if he would of been fit or get injured again , im saying he could of been and if he did then it would benefit us greatly , and van persie is an injury prone player but that didn't stop him moving for 25 million , fabregas is an injury prone player and he moved for more I believe etc others too so value dosent really drop does it , they are just making a poor deal .

you are naming players that came from arsenal and if there is one thing they are really good at is having a bunch of players who get injured all the time so you can't really name them when come from a club like that and 25 mil for van persie is cheap so i don't know why you used that example he is a world class striker and could easily went for 30mil+ at the time and he wanted to leave aswell so value drops because of that. who knows if mutch could stay fit for the season but given the fact he got injured every season for us i say the odds on him staying fit for this season is slim

25 million cheap lol thats a new one , and no value dosent drop just because somebody wants to leave thats stupid , so many players always moan about being unhappy but they don't end up getting sold for peanuts when the goal of promotion with all the money that comes with it Is worth the risk , but ole will be getting my support and hopefully takes us back up but 1.5 million though im shocked

What!?

It's out of Ole's hands, Mutch only has a year left and probably wants to go. From that point on Ole can't do anything, Dalman negotiates with Sunderland's representatives to agree a fee. It's not like Ole has decided he doesn't need/want Mutch next season.

25mil for a world class striker is cheap for a club with a massive reputation and good finances so how is that not cheap if big clubs could buy world class strikers for that cheap then every club would go for it diego costa will probably go to chelsea for 30mil+ and he isn't in that world class striker bracket yet so man u did good business and it is a bargain and of course value decreases when players want to leave why would a club want to keep a player who has no desire there they will want to offload them as soon as possible so clubs will offer low considering the fact that the club wants to get rid of him why would a club that would want to get rid of a player ask for a high asking price it is difficult selling players so that's why a club has to reduce the asking price
