In the past we got all our players from lower league or waiting to pasture from bigger clubs. Some have been adored by us fans.

Yeah, it's fairly likely, but I wouldn't bee too sure:) He hasn't been in his best form so far this season. I'd be hesitant if I were Ole. I hope the Premiership full back he mentioned is Jonathan Parr.

You do get a feeling Ole is putting his head in a noose signing any more Norwegians, but I don't think he cares about that at all.

Well Hovland is a defensive midfielder "re-schooled" into CB, probably why he doesn't get any faith yet on the national team, he's supposedly in the squad for the two games this week but hasn't been mentioned in any line ups. I hope he makes strides soon, but I think Strandberg, Semb Berge and Forren are all better than him when on form in the CB position.

I read about him on the Manu forum I understand he was wanted there.
Mind they don't necessarily say he is better just bigger than Mats was at that age which enables him to play first team football at an early stage. Because of Mats size he never could have played against grown men at that age, he is simply too small.
The kid looks good though hope he developes into a top player for you.

Isn't Cala also left footed? TBH, while I like Forren, I'd see him as backup or rotation for Cala.
