Id only sell Campbell, Loaning a lot out could be a good option. The current squad we have is good enough

Jones - I will pay to get shot of big wage bill- sorry not rated
Gunnarson - keep as cover (hope he gets his throw in's back)
Wittingham -sell if we get a good offer

Marshall - sell only if he gets a good premier team as First choice keeper and wants to leave and we get a good price

Are two ok squads. Selling or loaning out Marshall, Caulker, Medel, Mutch, Campbell, KTC, Connolly, Berget, Nugent, Ralls, Maynard, Jones and Velikonja.

22 players is a touch too thin though so utility players like Conolly. Ralls and Berget would probably stay taking it to 25.

Personally I'd prefer a new CB, two new midfielders and a new goalkeeper so another four players getting out squad to about 27 which is what the championship needs.

I think we have to remember that we are now in the championship and we have to save some money, so selling some assets, deadwood or large wage takers would make sense if the price was right - we need a team for the championship.

How can you say we would not have enough Midfielders?

Most notably Mutch. Because I identify him as the most likely to steeply become worse in a short amount of time, his slump at the season's end in Premier the warning sign. He can command a considerable fee right now; but the next time the chance arrives he most probably won't.

Thus, not selling Mutch could be a major loss.

Other than that, among the large amount of squad players, I only see Gunnarsson, Campbell, Kim and Berget as worth keeping.

Eikrem has along way to go before he will ever be compared to whitts

Nah, Eikrem has comparable if not better passing and set piece abilities already, Whittingham is stronger, with more experience and a better tackler, all their attributes added together and they're roughly the same, but Whittingham will remain first choice until Eikrem builds more muscle.

That Eikrem will be better than Whitts is right now when he reaches his current age, I have no doubt of.

Also 'Krem' means Cream in Norwegian so it just popped to mind.

It's not just about who is good enough it's also about who fits into ogs brand of football. I would guess players who aren't comfortable on the ball will struggle to get into his team. Such as Gunnar, turner and ktc.
