Available on a free would anybody take him because I would thought he had a very good season with Palace an could definetly sill do a job for us in the champ on a one year deal.

No thanks guys - prem wages for another CB. We could do better, if we in faact do need any more CBs

Wouldn't be on Prem wages as his contract has run out so would have to take whatever he can get. Still got pace and silky movement when I saw him last season. Reads the game well. At the right price I would say yes.

Gabbidon was n cardiff yesterday i was on my way to boots with my little ones and as i got by live lounge he was walking towards me with shopping bags and what i presume was his mrs i said hello and asked him whats in his future and his words were RELAXING

Never met the Guy but watching him playing for us last time was not good. Too many mistakes.
Plus he is passed his best and seems to have an attitude problem - (remember the savage like comments on Toshack? - short memories eh?) - we don't need any unrest in the dressing room next season.
As Annis says - may do a good job for Newport County, and I am being generous saying "may" !!!

I am sure Gabbidon has lots of experience and will do a good job for someone, but I don't think it would be a good move to take him back to the City.
We saw Gabbidon at his best and those that saw him play then for Cardiff would love to see performances like that for us again.
But at 34 his game has changed now and it would not be the same type of player that some would expect.
Good luck to him in the remaining years of his career, but it wont be with us!

Watched him quite a few time last season, one of Palaces best players, I'm surprised he has been released, he played 26 full games for them

He still has a house up in Morganstown my mate was renting it a while back maybe he's moved back for a bit?
