Vinny's money ? Don't you mean loans ? And don't question my support for my team, I'm there week in week out not to support the Vinny Tan Circus, to support Cardiff City just like I did before the clown came along and like I will, when he finally fucks off.

The second half of the season became more about Blue and VT than supporting the team. This was all because we were staring relegation in the face.

Now we have got over the disappointment, fans are seeing a decent squad is being put together. Very little talk of the rebrand now.

If we won our first 6 games next season it will be ......"I wish bought a season ticket now." Protests are futile. What we need is for us to go up and VT to sell. Demonstrations mean nothing.

Only reason there's "very little talk of the rebrand now" is because the season is over (in case you hadn't noticed) and we don't have to put up with watching our beloved Bluebirds wearing that atrocious red kit! Wait until the new season starts and then you can gauge the power of the majority of fans feelings whichever end of the league table we find ourselves.

Settle down, you said people are excited about spending Tan's money, well sorry to disappoint you but it's all loans, not the great emperors cash, how anyone can be happy or in fact confident under this tool is beyond.

Never know, could win a fortune on the Euros. :bluescarf:

its vinnies money whether its a loan or not you muppet...............or can you get 100mill overdraft? coz i cant

Re: vincent tan

As several have pointed out:

VT isn't spending his money. He is lending money to the club. The money then belongs to the club, BUT the club is liable for those loans to VT (plus interest).

I've said this before:

If you ran your household by constantly accessing loans, your lifestyle will improve instantly. However, if you ever intend to pay back the lender, you need to plan for a positive effect on your commitments by earning more, or economising. We can't earn more this year because of relegation, so we need to spend less than we get for sales of existing players.

(Cue the abuse from quick-fix merchants).

Let's just say I'm waiting to see the balance sheet at the end of the summer.

Muppet :? Yes it's his money but money that he will want back. I'm no business expert, but the promise of £100 mill INVESTMENT, debt free club, bla bla bla, surely that didn't mean loans did it ? genuine question.

VT is loaning the club money at 0% interest with no payback date either to start or to finish.

Id love a loan for my house like that.

So far VT has forgone the 7% interest payments, but there is no guarantee he will in future. The payback date hasn't been set because we are in such debt that it would break the club.

Hire purchase used to be called "The Never Never", but guess what - Some day there's a knock on the door.

All I'm saying us to keep a rein on further spending. VT isn't the Bond villain portrayed by some, but he won't keep increasing the loans indefinitely and he can't because the FFP rules will result in a massive fine.

Some of the signings look really promising but let's not get carried away with it again next season.

All loans up to the tune of £50m are interest free. Hesaid that in the same statement where he wiped off all interest owed to him.

Yes I know, which would be fine if he had invested £50m. But he has, by his own statements, stated that in any debt>equity move, we would still owe him £100m. No mention of interest being cancelled on that. He will need something back for his investment.
