' Macheda's agent says he chose Cardiff for Solskjaer '

According to reports in Italy Federico Macheda is on the verge in leaving Manchester United in the summer transfer window and he has chosen Cardiff as his likely destination because of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. Macheda has rarely figured in the Manchester United first team in the past few seasons and has been loaned out on numerous occasions.
Macheda is close to signing a three year contract with Cardiff City. The club are looking to rebuild after dropping into the Championship after just one season in the Premier League. The former Italian U21 international will join up with former teammate Solskjær who is now the manager of the Welsh side.
Since becoming the manager of Cardiff Solskjær has often looked to his old club to bring in players and Macheda looks set to be another. He brought in Wilfred Zaha on loan last season and he also signed Fabio De Silva on a permanent basis.TMW have reported on comments made by Macheda's agent in which said that they are close to signing a contract with Cardiff and one of the reasons is that the Norwegian is the manager.
"Right now we are close to signing, we are seeing the last important aspects. Cardiff was chosen because Macheda knows the coach very well and he wanted him strongly, they were together at Manchester United," said his agent.

A definite theme, the Norwegian players too came to be with Solskjaer, they seem to love him.
Hopefully he can influence all of the players when he gets a full pre-season ??

Like he said, my way or the highway this season. Luxury he couldn't afford when he came to cardiff.
