Excited for next season

Sun May 25, 2014 7:19 pm

Hope we keep hold of Marshall and Dhaeli, not too bothered if we lose Caulker, Medel, Campbell and Mutch providing we get a decent fee.

The 2 signings look good but will have to wait a few games to judge them properly and I think if the Macheda rumours are true he could turn out to be a gem.

Defence looks good enough already IMO. Brayford Hudson Cala Fabio with McNaughton Connolly turner john as back up to them.

I think we need 1 more winger and a solid, no nonsense central midfielder.

Roll on the fixture list release

Keep Mutch definitely aswell he is getting better and better, I think the other three are gone, not sure on Macheda, but he is still young, and maybe we could be the making of him ???

Mutch is improving but I think he will be sub next season, midfield 5 of:

New holding midfielder - Whitts

Noone Dhaeli Burgstaller

I would let him go if we can get 6-7 million.

I was unsure when I first seen Macheda signing but when you see his record for Birmingham. On a free he's worth the gamble

Do you really think Ole plans to have one up front with Guerra signed, Grabban potentially on the way, and Campbell being offered a new contract?

Yes, 4-2-3-1 or maybe 4-3-3/ 4-5-1

I honestly can not see how a player could be worth 6-7 million and be a sub for a championship side. I really do highly rate mutch though and he possibly could be worth around that but he needs to be starting next season.

Problem is he's not better than Dhaeli and is shit holding, unless this new winger is rotated or sub with Dhaeli wide I can't see him starting

My personal opinion is I would play mutch centrally ahead of daehli after last season. But it just depends on what formation ole wants to use as daehli could only play central with 2 cms behind him but mutch could play in a 442. Daehli can also go on the wing and be used from out there. I guess that's a good thing that ole has these choices atm and not who the hell can he play.

Goes missing too much for me. Great when he's playing well though. Great to have options as you say
