Don't most of the teams that go up usually have mostly Brittish based players ???
A few other clubs have signed many foreign players like Watford, but does it work in the Championship ???
Will it work for us next season, or does he need to start signing more Brits ???

I think as long as they have the quality & work ethic we will do very well.

Interesting question
I believe in British players,as they are battlers, but you also need some class which lately seems to come from aboard, a mixture of both is prob needed and also good man management

Leicester perfect example of this mate full of British players in that team,it's a tougher league for foreign players to get to grips with but I think ole will know this and get in a solid spine to the team whether that's British or not I'm not sure

Don't forget we went into the prem league with the most English players in our squad so do we really need to buy more, wouldn't hurt to get more Welsh though

I think the chemistry can suffer clash of culture rifts etc, dividence,
take grangetown for example quietly hostile and has a feel dividence of race.
then take I dunno a town in Essex - its water tight as ole would say

There's enough Brits here already. If the quality OGS signs comes from abroad so be it, we want promotion at the end of the day, who cares where in the world they are from.

Daehlis considered homegrown since he has been here since he was 15. Same for the Italian guy if we sign him don't think it's much of a culture shock for them as they settled in at an early age.
It's the players that's brought in at an older age who can't speak English that may or may not have a problem settling in.

Good point, another thought, don't mostly British Managers win promotion from the championship ???
This year all three and the other playoff finalists for an example ......
Let's hope OGS does, he is building a very interesting squad .......

Yes, I forgot about him. So in actual fact ogs hasn't signed that many players that count as foreign. Malky singed gunnarson, medel, Cornelius, Kim, and a few other foreign players. So I guess both of them look abroad. Part of the problem is British players tend to be more expensive.

The language barrier is something that will be hard for foreign players coming in
