Play-off final today- QPR £177m in debt

Sat May 24, 2014 6:37 am

Even more than us !

Do we wan't QPR to go up, as they have probably the best squad of the remaining Championship teams. Or to stay down as they might have to sell a lot of them to reduce their debt ?

Tim, foreign owners seem to let clubs debts get well out of control and laws need to be even stronger on these debts.

I want QPR to stay down, as I always enjoy going there  :bluescarf:

May sound odd but, is it Derby's turn?

One of the bigger clubs that have languished a bit over the last few years. We took our time getting back, Leicester took over our mantle of failing over the last few years then won the league.

I think it's Derby's time then Forest next year?

If it wasn't for the piddling little clubs having a plucky season, like Palace, Burnley and Swansea, it wouldn't be such a pain trying to get up to the Prem. :happy1:

You're right of course, these piddling little clubs should be standing aside and allowing Cardiff City FC to waltz to the top table of English football.

How good the actual football team is secondary and shouldn't come into the equation.

Numpty.

Agree although Burnley aren't a little club. I hope QPR go up as I can't stand London trips. I much prefer being sat in an old country pub just down the road from a Yorkshire team we're playing. Fulham was my best ever away trip mind, simply because the police treated us like human beings and allowed us to enjoy ourselves and the atmosphere in the pub was incredible, followed by the atmosphere in the ground and the win of course.

They have a huge stadium move which will easily help the debt especially with the price of land in West London
