BELLAMY RETIRES

Yep I just received the notification on my phone, it was inevitable anyway for a while.

Well I have to say, having followed Bellars his entire career from Norwich through this is an end of an era. A true Welsh legend in my opinion has given his all.
When Bellars joined us on loan under DJ I have to say I was totally over the moon. Fitting he finished his career at City. Yes he had a gob on him, and was quite rash at times but I think the guy is a legend and although we havent had the best out of him this last season, feel proud that he has played for us.

When he went off against Chelsea I knew it was the end for him, but glad Ive seen him playing for us to finish his playing days off. I still think he could have offered something at Championship level, even if just as Ole's no 2 but there we go.

I wish him all the best and do think he will be back in the dugout in a few years!
