Now I'm going to be honest I've never heard of him and who would we have he plays for Barcelona B team and has had one or two appearances for their first team,it's the obscurity that interests me,where would this kinda info come from? If anyone said to you about delafiou last season would we have known about him ? Probably not but Martinez did and wat a player he was this yr, now this is wat makes this interesting for me just the randomness

The same post also stated we are interested in mcmanaman from Wigan which I believe would be a great signing,he's quick direct and can beat a man or two but most of all he has fight.

Yes.

Gerard Deulofeu has been around for a good few years now and even on the national scene. I don't know if you watch the U21, U19 tournaments etc. though.

Aston Villa wanted him in the jan window. I don't know if this is true. But from a recent post about OGS transfer history he looks the kind of player OGS would be scouting. He is young (19), fast and technically gifted. He is highly rated i would actually be surprised if we could get someone like that.

Yeah I thought I may have seen him in the younger Spain squad at a tournament but he wasn't proven at any level so would ppl have been really aware of him I'm not sure they would have,yet he was outstanding,the point I was trying to make was as mentioned ole would like young enthusiastic players and I think ole has a bit of respect in the game that teams like barca would possibly trust him with taking one of their youngsters and I think it could be a very gd move as he'd be on low wages no transfer fee and has everything to prove and show he is developing

Heard about him 2 years ago about him being the new Messi. Never seen him play myself, signed him on FIFA though

The Cameroonian is particular dangerous with his back to the goal. Despite his age, he debuted for Barça B aged just 17 years, and scored two goals in Division Two.

Yep. Deulofeu's been considered to be one of Europe's most promising youngsters for a number of years now, and many would have watched him for Spain at Euro U19s 2012.

As for Dongou, I'd be very surprised if he were to sign for any Championship side. They like to keep their more promising youngsters close for the most part, and allowing Deulofeu leave Spain on loan was a surprise for many.

Would think there are plenty of Spanish teams who'll get first dibs on the lad ahead of Cardiff. If Ole's interested in the first place, of course.
