A forum for all things Cardiff City

I heard on the Radio this morning that Man City's £50 million fine will be divided up between the Premier League clubs from the 13/14 season.
Not a great deal of money in the grand scheme of things (especially when you consider 66% of the fine was suspended) but a cash windfall for the Bluebirds none the less.
Story was on Talksport.

How is it fair ? How do you determine when a club buys a title as opposed to just winning in it with a squad of players ?

Of the £49m fine, £32m of it is suspended so it will only be £17m that will be redistributed...

Should be spread through out the lower leagues.

Should definitely be given to the lower leagues but it won't cos the Premier League is all about self interest!

If championship clubs get fined for breaking FFP then the fines are given to charity and I expect the same to happen with Man City.

agree, another example of sorting out the top boys. imagine the difference that could make to some clubs down the bottom!
